Advamentor Solutions Inc. ("AdvaMentor", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to https://advamentor.solutions and the AI-audit service offered through it (the "Service").
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Advamentor Solutions Inc., registered at 246 Stewart Green SW #7065, Calgary, AB T3H 3C8, Canada. Contact us at ryan@advamentor.solutions for any privacy question.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details: the email address you provide at checkout.
- Intake responses: business name, industry, team size, monthly revenue, current tools, biggest challenge, and 90-day goals.
- Payment information: card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded plus billing email; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Communication consent: whether you opted in to receive marketing emails, and the timestamp of that opt-in.
- Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. timestamps, error traces), used to operate and secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To provide the Service (performance of contract): generate your audit, deliver it by email, and produce your Custom Loom Debriefing.
- To process payment (performance of contract / legal obligation): via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (performance of contract): payment confirmations, audit delivery, account-related notices.
- To send marketing emails (consent): only if you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations: tax, accounting, and anti-fraud requirements.
- For legitimate interests: securing the Service, preventing abuse, and improving our product.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — application database and authentication.
- Cloudflare — application hosting, edge runtime, and email infrastructure.
- Mailgun — email delivery infrastructure for transactional emails.
- AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) — your intake responses are sent to the AI provider to generate the audit. The provider acts as our processor and does not use your data to train its models for this API tier.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside Canada (including in the United States and the European Union). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the processors' own compliance programs.
6. How long we keep it
- Intake responses and audits: kept for as long as you remain a customer plus 7 years for tax/accounting records.
- Email suppression list (unsubscribes, bounces): kept indefinitely so we don't email you again.
- Server logs: typically 30–90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU/UK, and CCPA/CPRA in California), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent (for marketing emails — see section 8).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Marketing emails & unsubscribe
We only send marketing emails to people who explicitly opted in at checkout. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing ryan@advamentor.solutions. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about your purchase.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required to operate the Service (e.g. to remember your in-progress checkout). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security in the database, principle-of-least-privilege access, and signed payment verification. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
