1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Advamentor Solutions Inc.("AdvaMentor", "we", "us", or "our"), with a registered address at 246 Stewart Green SW #7065, Calgary, AB T3H 3C8, Canada. By purchasing or using the AdvaMentor AI audit service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service consists of: (a) an AI-generated audit produced from the business information you submit; (b) delivery of that audit by email; and (c) a Custom Loom Debriefing recorded by a consultant. The Service is sold as a one-time engagement, not a subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business you are submitting information about. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Payment
- The price of the Service is CAD $750, charged once at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Applicable taxes, if any, may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
5. Delivery
The audit is generated immediately after intake and delivered to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within 48 hours of intake completion. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit information that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or republish the audit as your own work product.
- Do not use the Service to generate content for spam, fraud, or harassment.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business information you submit. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the resulting audit internally within your business. The methodology, prompts, and underlying software remain our intellectual property.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
The audit is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed at a high level. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue impact, or cost savings.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of AB, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Calgary, AB have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
