This Refund Policy explains when Advamentor Solutions Inc. ("AdvaMentor", "we") issues refunds for the AI audit service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. The product
The AI audit is a one-time digital service. Once you complete the intake form, we generate and prepare an audit document specific to your business and deliver it to you by email. Because the audit is bespoke and consumed on delivery, our refund window is narrow.
2. Eligibility for a full refund
You are entitled to a full refund of CAD $750 if any of the following applies:
- You paid but have not yet submitted the intake form.
- We are unable to deliver your audit and Custom Loom Debriefing within 10 days of purchase due to a fault on our side.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same audit.
3. Delivery commitment
Your Custom Loom Debriefing is delivered within 10 days of purchase. If we miss that window for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund under section 2 above.
4. After the audit is delivered
Once the audit has been generated and the Custom Loom Debriefing has been sent to your email, the service has been rendered and refunds are not available by default. If you believe the audit fails to meet the description on our website (e.g. it is missing the executive summary, the 5 ranked opportunities, the 30-day roadmap, or the Custom Loom Debriefing), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will either:
- regenerate the audit at no extra cost, or
- issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most disputes can be resolved within a day or two by email. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment network.
6. How to request a refund
Email ryan@advamentor.solutions from the address you used at checkout. Include your payment confirmation (Stripe receipt or last 4 of the card) and a short description of the issue. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your place of residence (including Canadian consumer protection legislation and, where applicable, EU/UK consumer law).
